Our building was designed and constructed by an Italian architect in 1901,during the Ottoman Empire, carrying the Seldjukian patterns and characteristics of its period,a rare symbol of art. It was restored as an hotel during 1989-1991 making every effort to preserve the Levanten characteristics and to make its guests feel they are home.It is in fact the only "S" special class hotel in the Pera region having 40 comfortable rooms with 96 beds. We have open buffet breakfast every morning with a smiling service.

ACCOMMODATION : All rooms are spacious and have bathrooms, direct dial phone, digital safe box Cable TV, minibars, central heating system, split air-conditioning, hair dryer, emergency alarm. We have 24 hours room service. Our rooms are decorated on 5 star hotel standards and have mahogany furniture. We have safety box at reception and provide laundry and ironing facilities for our guests. HOTEL FACILITIES : Vardar Palace Hotel has a 30 people capacity restaurant. Our terrace has a panoramic view of Istanbul. It is in service during the summer, where you can enjoy Istanbul with a bird's eye view, take some fresh air, snacks, and drinks, or even take a sun bath. We have 24 hours room service and 24 hours vehicle parking 50 m ahead. Our hotel has two elevators for guests and service. It is equipped with an electric generator and a reserve water tank enough to serve a week's time. All rooms have equipped with fire alarm system centrally controlled.
