ACCOMMODATION: The hotel has 100 rooms, and from each of them a wonderful view of the Bay can be had. And the blue water below are in view via the full-length glass wall in each room. The 10th floor is the hotel's business floor, where the executive lounge is situated, along with a business center. On the seventh floor has 22 non-smoking rooms. Two additional rooms have been especially deisgned for the physically challenged.

Rozmarine Restaurant has 90 seats, offers a marvelous view over Haifa Bay and serves a Mediterranean dairy bill of fare. In the morning it becomes the hotel's breakfast room and afterwards features à la carte dining for lunch, dinner and light in-between meals.
