ACCOMMODATION: From the warm welcoming smile at the reception desk to the comfort of your room, you are aware of the cleanliness and good value that is part of the Devere's charm.

All guest rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, colour TV, radio alarm clock, IDD telephone business desk, refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities. All bathrooms have combined bath and shower with hair dryers. All windows open, some rooms have balcony and we also provide self-contained studio apartments.

HOTEL FACILITIES

The Lobby: A delicious full buffet breakfast is available in our fifth floor breakfast room with friendly and courteous service. Hotel Facilities include 24 hour reception, same day dry cleaning services, guest laundry, tour desk and safety deposit boxes. Jogging Tracks, Marina, Tennis and Health Clubs are nearby. Other facilities include a Chinese Seafood Restaurant and an Indian Cuisine Restaurant.

Conference Facilities: The conference rooms are located on the top floor with wrap around panoramic views of the harbour and city sky lines. Natural lighting and slide-open double glazed windows enhance the ambience whilst the outdoor balcony with BBQ facilities provide a popular alternative for catering. All facilities are provided: PA systems, multiple CD players with cassette recorder, slide projector, overhead projectors, projection screens, colour TV and VCRs, whiteboards, flip charts, complete blackout, dedicated telephone line, mood lights and lectern.

RESTAURANTS: Breakfast room is located on 5th floor offering buffet style breakfast with a East-meets-West theme. A Chinese seafood restaurant and an authentic Indian restaurant are located on the ground level - separate entrances.
