Air conditioning, refrigeration and room fans are available for hire. Half-board and bed & breakfast services are available. The hotel's pool - the smallest and the cleanest in The Gambia - provides a focal point in our beautiful garden. HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: Flavours restaurant at Safari Garden opened at the beginning of the 2002 season. It has an impressive à la carte menu of gourmet dishes that focus on 'new wave' Gambian cuisine. Our emphasis is to source our ingredients from local suppliers and all our food is made on the premises. We are well known for our vegetarian dishes, homemade cakes, in-house bread and our own ice creams and yoghurts - Maurice's Beetroot and Chocolate cake with homemade ice cream is not to be missed! At the poolside, delicious snacks are available all day together with our daily specials. Our breakfast treats include everything from cooked breakfasts to wonderful homemade yoghurt and honey still on the comb straight from our own hives.
